How to Order

Step 1: Simply decide what cakes you require and telephone me on 07946 317046 or my landline 01992 627568. This is so your order can be booked in to the baking schedule and/or delivery costs can be worked out too. Please allow 5 days before you need the order. Delivery time and date can also be arranged. Any special requirements can be decided at this stage.

Fudge can simply be orderd on line.

Step 2: Then proceed to do the order online and your delivery option as to how many miles away you are from Cheshunt (which is near J25 of the M25)

Payment

Payment is by Paypal or personal cheque. The transaction has to be cleared before the order can proceed so please allow time for this if paying by cheque. If the order is 'bespoke' then you can pay the quoted amount direct to my Paypal account using my e-mail address kevinsibley@ntlworld.com or send a personal cheque.

Delivery

The Cupcakes are only delivered locally in a radius of 40 miles of J25 of the M25 - Cheshunt.

As the goods are perishable, somebody needs to be at home to receive the delivery. Please call or e-mail to arrange delivery time. Of course you are very welcome to pick the cakes up yourself too :-)

Delivery costs are as follows:

Cupcakes delivery is based on how many miles away from Cheshunt in Hertfordshire you are :
1-5 miles       £3.50
6-10 miles     £6.00
11-20 miles   £12.00
21-30 miles   £18.00
31-40 miles   £25.00

Fudge is from £1.25 (see the 'Fudge shop' for costs)

Returns

Due to the nature of the goods, they cannot be returned unless they have been spoilt in transit, in which case a refund will be issued on proof of this happening, or the order can be made up again.

Storage

Mama's Cupcakes prides itself on making purely homemade cakes, so we know exactly what goes in them! No additives! Cakes are best consumed in 1 or 2 days of receiving them but as a guide buttercream and glace icing cupcakes will last well into 5 days if kept in an airtight container. Fresh cream and cheesecake cupcakes will last 3 to 4 days but will need to be kept in a fridge - allow 30/45 mins before eating when taking them from the fridge, to allow the sponge to soften again.
